RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Do we accept returns?
Yes – for ready-made items.
No – for bespoke / engraved / resized or otherwise customised pieces (final sale).
2. Return window

Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation (RA).

Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RA number.
3. Eligibility

Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original inner box, outer carton and all documentation.

Security tag (if present) must remain intact.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. How to start a return

Email store@gromov.boutique with your order number, photographs of the piece, and reason for return.

We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RA number, packing instructions and insured courier options.

Clearly write the RA number on the outer carton and include a printed copy of the approval email inside the parcel.
5. Shipping responsibility

Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend insured, trackable service; loss in transit remains the sender’s risk.
6. Inspection & refund timing

We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; banks may take an additional 3-10 days to post funds.

Exchanges or store credit are processed immediately after inspection.
7. Faulty or wrong items
If we made a mistake, contact us within 48 hours of delivery; we cover all costs for replacement or full refund.
