RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Do we accept returns?

Yes – for ready-made items.
No – for bespoke / engraved / resized or otherwise customised pieces (final sale).


2. Return window

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation (RA).

  • Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

 

3. Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original inner box, outer carton and all documentation.

  • Security tag (if present) must remain intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

4. How to start a return

  1. Email store@gromov.boutique with your order number, photographs of the piece, and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RA number, packing instructions and insured courier options.

  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outer carton and include a printed copy of the approval email inside the parcel.

 

5. Shipping responsibility

  • Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend insured, trackable service; loss in transit remains the sender’s risk.

 

6. Inspection & refund timing

  • We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; banks may take an additional 3-10 days to post funds.

  • Exchanges or store credit are processed immediately after inspection.

 

7. Faulty or wrong items

If we made a mistake, contact us within 48 hours of delivery; we cover all costs for replacement or full refund.
