1. Processing & Dispatch
Our online boutique is open 24/7. We pack and hand parcels to the carrier Monday – Friday, 10:00-18:00

Ready-made pieces: ship next business day.

Custom / high-demand pieces: crafted to order; production 2 – 7 days (the ship-by date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email).
2. Shipping Method:
International: FedEx, Ferrari, Malca-Amit
(insured express)
3. Tracking
When your parcel leaves our studio you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link. Updates may take a few hours to appear.
4. Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may incur import duties/VAT set by your country. These are payable by the recipient and are notincluded in our prices or shipping fees.
5. Delivery Address Rules

We cannot ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders or hotels.

All orders require a signature on delivery.

Need to change the address? Email us before the parcel is collected—once in transit we can’t reroute.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for 3 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated until resolved.
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains both in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship together when the last piece is ready—unless you request (and cover) a separate shipment.
