All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude shipping, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items without notice. Custom commissions are individually quoted and may vary from guideline prices shown online.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer; a contract forms only when we email an “Order Confirmation.” We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory error).

5. PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. By submitting a payment method, you confirm you are authorised to use it and that funds are available.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Dispatch times, carriers, costs, and free-shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

8. CUSTOM & BESPOKE WORK

Made-to-order pieces, engravings, and resized items are final sale. Production timelines are estimates; delays caused by force majeure or supplier issues will be communicated promptly.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, images, and text on the Site are the property of GROMOV | treasures and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. LIMITED WARRANTY

We guarantee workmanship for 12 months from delivery. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorised alterations.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. PRIVACY

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, carrier strikes, global supply interruptions, etc.).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
